Healthy Eating for Sport

Last Friday we welcomed GB athlete and performance Dietitian Eloise Crowley who did a presentation for the Just Move group about Healthy Eating for Sport.

 

It was a fascinating talk, full of great tips and advice for athletes of all abilities.  Eloise focused on optimising nutrition for running, nutritional supplements and the importance of hydration.
